Job Summary: The Director of Scholarships and Financial Aid plays an integral role in enrollment services at the University. The incumbent partners with admissions and marketing colleagues under the leadership of the Associate Vice President and the Director of Enrollment Services. The Director of Scholarships and Financial Aid works closely with the Director of Undergraduate Admissions and Orientation to achieve enrollment objectives and optimal use of institutional aid funds from all sources in achieving recruitment and retention goals for a diverse and competitive student body.
Qualifications: A master's degree in higher education, business management, accounting or other related field is required.
Duties: Demonstrated leadership and supervision of a full service financial aid program at a college or university.
A demonstrated commitment to diversity and equal opportunity.
