Job Summary: The General Sales Manager will lead all activities of the National, Local an dOnline sales staff.
Qualifications: Experience: Demonstrated success in television sales management as a leader and innovator.
Requirements: Ability to manage and motivate aggressive sales staff. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to manage change and to be a team builder. Computer skills a must and strong ethics required.
Duties: Responsible for inventory management, pricing and revenue forecasting for all sales platoforms. Direct the hiring, training and performance of the sales staff while developing long and short-term sales plans. Must maintain excellent rapport with clients, agencies, vendors, and co-workers. Responsible for monthly, quarterly, and annual sales reports.
