Must be a minimum of 21 years of age.
Must qualify for licensing with the New Mexico Gaming Commission and New Mexico Racing Commission.
Five to seven years experience in a professional office environment with a minimum of a 2-year degree in a related field and/or a combination of education and work experience.
Ability to analyze and interpret departmental needs data and results.
Ability to solve complex problems.
Ability to perform assigned duties under frequent time pressures in an interruptive environment.
Ability to maintain mental concentration for significant periods of time.
Broad variety of tasks and deadlines requires an irregular work schedule. Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations
where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions
Furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Proficient computer knowledge in Word, Excel and Outlook.
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills are required.
Ability to work as part of a team and to promote cooperative approach between departments.
Ability to work unsupervised.
Duties: Prepares reports, edits and enters reports, in-house publications, prepares notices, minutes, mails and other routine correspondence as required.
Collects and researches information via various media (i.e. internet).
Assists with budget development by collecting and inputting data as required.
Manages executive calendars and attends management meetings as needed.
Performs other office duties such as filing, faxing and operating standard office equipment.
Makes travel and meetings arrangements.
Courteously handles and screens a high volume of telephone calls.
Greets and directs clients and customers.
Reviews administrative activities with the General Manager or other members of the executive staff.
Must at all times demonstrate ethical and cooperative behavior with guests, co-workers and leadership.
Performs other duties as may be assigned by department and/or company management.
