Location: Hobbs, NM
Job Summary: Under the direction of the Director of Marketing, the Marketing Manager is responsible for three areas: Casino Host department, Promotions and Advertising. Duties include developing new player relationships and maintaining relationships with existing patrons through the casino hosts to generate incremental gaming revenues. Also creates and implements promotions to enhance revenues. Works with casino's advertising agency to develop advertising strategy. Ensures all advertising and promotions are well-merchandised internally. May carry out other supervisory / management responsibilities as needed.

Education and/or Experience
Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; and three to five years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
