Job Summary: To perform general and semi-skilled maintenance of facilities and grounds, at as the convention center.
Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; an
Two (2) years of experience in general maintenance including plumbing, construction, electrical, carpentry, and/or painting.Experience in event set-up and break-down is preferred; or
An equivalent combination of education and experience.
Duties: Work is performed inside and outside, sometimes in inclement weather. Work requires bending, stooping, reaching, squatting, climbing ladders, crawling and lifting of 100 pounds. Will be exposed to cuts, bruises, scrapes, etc. May be required to work irregular hours, weekends and evenings.
