Job Summary: Reporting to the senior business area HR Manager, the Human Resources Administrator will be responsible for HRMS Administration and preliminary generalist support for a field service organization of ~400 employees. HRA will provide liaison support as on-site contact for remote HR Manager/Generalist and Corporate SNC functions. HRA will coordinate and facilitate New Employee Orientation and the Employee Onboarding process, as well as working with program administrative staff to ensure employee deployment readiness. HRA will support ISR Business Area HR team and Corporate HR projects and initiatives. This is a growth position with advancement opportunities.
Qualifications: Must possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in a Human Resources discipline, with a high GPA
Strong attention to detail, highly organized work style and consistent follow-through
Excellent written and verbal communication, with confidence to interact with all employee levels
Advanced computer skills, to include all MS Office applications. Lotus Notes a plus!
Able to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
Dedicated team player with strong service acumen
Able to work independently while maintaining high productivity; willing to ask questions and stay closely connected to remote team members
Flexibility to work extended hours or hours outside of normal business as needed to support program requirements
Able to maintain a sense of humor amid a high-volume, fast-paced, dynamic work setting
Able to gain/maintain DoD Security Clearance
Possession of active Driver’s License and ability to meet company insurance requirements, for driving between local work sites and renting vehicle during periods of travel
Availability for periodic national travel (CO, FL, NV), up to 15% of time.
