Job Summary: Goodwill is currently seeking to fill the position of a Community Program Coordinator.
Qualifications: Bachelors degree in related field with two years experience in the field preferred. Three years supervisory experience. Required training certifications preferred. Experience working with persons with barriers.
Duties: Excellent attendance and punctuality.
Excellent customer service.
Provides leadership, supervision and coordination to the Community Employment Program(s), as assigned. Continually supports, trains and provides feedback to employees regarding essential job functions and professional conduct; for example file maintenance, setting boundaries etc.
Markets Workforce and GINM services to the community.
Researches and aids in securing program funding.
Completes program billing accurately and timely.
Interviews, trains, disciplines and completes performance reviews for supervised employees.
Ensures program objectives and/or requirements are met or exceeded.
Responsible to ensure that persons served and persons placed objectives are met or exceeded.
Completes reporting requirements and other requested statistical information accurately and timely.
Ensures program and agency quality assurance and compliance requirements are met.
Responsible to ensure monthly case record review and follow up is completed. Ensures timely closure of inactive case files.
Monitors program financial performance.
Interviews, orientates and assigns individuals to the TrialWorks program. Assigns job developer and conducts weekly follow up with participants and job developer.
Assigns person served to job developer within three days of acceptance into the program.
Participates in community related job development activities.
Collaborates with various managers and employees of GINM.
Attends state mandated trainings and participates in other meetings as directed.
Ensures HIPAA compliance.
Implements CARF standards into all programs and follows professional ethics as set forth in the Code of Conduct/Standards of Business Ethics Policy.
Knowledge of organizational practices, policies and procedures, and compliance with the same.
Knowledge, understanding, and compliance with safety policies and procedures.
Perform other incidental and related duties as assigned.
