Summary: General office and receptionist responsibilities, and may also assist with agricultural and/or culinary requests. General duties and responsibilities would be typing, filing, running errands, create spreadsheets, collating, tabulating and entering information into programs, list serves, proof reading, creating bulletin boards, answering phone, taking messages, creating schedules, and assist with other duties as assigned.
This is an Equal Employment Opportunity and the start date is May 18th, 2013. During the interim can work up to 39 hours, then during summer semester up to 20 hours per week.

Qualifications: Part-Time student employee position. The candidate Must have Federal or State Work-study funding awarded. Eastern New Mexico University is accredited by The Higher Learning Commission and a member of the North Central Association of Colleges and Schools. Candidate must have computer skills with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office. Phone and office etiquette, organizational skill sets, as well as a willingness to learn and take initiative. Must be self-motivated, honest, responsible, dependable, punctual, and follow instructions.

Duties: Duties and responsibilities will be defined by the supervisor. Primarily the position includes various types of office work.
