Guest Housing

The Housing and Residence Life Office provides housing for guests of students and staff, or visitors to the University. Individual guest housing units can comfortably take care of one to six individuals. All guest housing units are nonsmoking and do not allow pets.

Descriptions of the available options appear below. Reservations are confirmed on a first come, first served basis. Reservations may be made by going by the Housing and Residence Life Office or calling 575.562.2632.

Bernalillo Hall

Guest Rooms 132, 134 and 136: One room with two twin beds, refrigerator, closets, built-in dressers and desks, and sink. Restroom and shower facilities are centrally located down the hall. The hall is for male guests only.

• One person: $12 per night
• Two guests: $17 per night

Guest apartment: Studio apartment with open sleeping and living areas, sleeper sofa, refrigerator, desks, TV, double bed, bunk bed and private bathroom.

• One person: $20 per night
• Two guests: $25 per night
• More than two guests: additional $2 per person per night

Harding Hall

Room 211: One large room with double bed and couch. Guest bathroom is across the hall.
Room 311: One large room with two twin beds and couch. Guest bathroom is across the hall.

• One person: $15 per night
• Two guests: $20 per night

West Campus

Apartment 2: One-bedroom apartment with double bed, dresser, living room with couch and TV, bathroom and kitchen.
Apartment 3: One-bedroom apartment with double bed, dresser, living room with couch and TV, bathroom and kitchen.

• One person: $17 per night
• Two guests: $22 per night
• Three guests: $25 per night
• More than three guests: additional $2 per person per night

If you use our guest housing, please tell us how well we did in making your stay with us comfortable. You can tell us by completing a comment card found in your room.
