Information Technology Services provides the infrastructure and consulting services that enable members of Eastern New Mexico University to make maximum use of the appropriate information technology tools in their learning, teaching, research, outreach, administration, and support activities. The Information Technology Department includes these areas:
- Administrative Office provides overall management and support for Information Technology Services and Telecommunications department
- Client Services provides support and repairs computer hardware and software
- Helpdesk responds to the needs of faculty, staff and students regarding problems, concerns or questions regarding computer or telephone equipment
- Systems Operations include Banner, ResLan, E-mail, WebMedia and Web Services)
- Administrative Computing processes Banner requests
- Telecommunications installs and maintains the ENMU telephone and computer network infrastructures
