The Helpdesk helps faculty, staff and students when they have problems with:
- Desktop applications (software)
- Hardware
- E-mail
- Telephones
- On-Campus Network connectivity
- Student connectivity in the residence halls
When school is in session, the Helpdesk is open from 7:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m., Monday–Thursday and 7:30 a.m.–5 p.m. on Friday in University Computer Center, Room 110. After 5:30, telephone support is available while the UCC labs are open. The Helpdesk hours when school is not in session is 8 a.m.–5 p.m., closed noon - 1 p.m. Monday–Friday.
