Roosevelt County Museum

Founded in 1940, the Roosevelt County Museum is located on the campus of Eastern New Mexico University. All displays have been donated by county residents.

Upon entering the museum, visitors are immediately swept backward in time to the early life and times of the residents of Roosevelt County. The displays include relics of the home including antique furniture and an Edison phonograph as well as the technology of the past as evidenced by a printing press and a medical instrument collection.

Hours of Operation

Monday–Friday 8 a.m.–5 p.m.
Saturdays 10 a.m.–4 p.m.
Sundays 1–4 p.m.
The museum's weekend hours vary during the summer months.
