Services Provided
Registration forms are available online under our forms section. You can print, fax, scan and e-mail, or bring them to our office.
Address changes should be made in Self Service Banner each semester.
The registrar's office can help you:
- Register for classes
- Apply for graduation (A new application is required if you don't graduate the semester you applied and you must pay the graduation fee each time you apply)
- Officially change your name or address with the University (through Banner)
- Send transcripts
- Verify Enrollment
