Applying for Graduation
Students completing their degrees must apply for graduation during the semester in which they intend to graduate.
Application Deadlines:
- Spring 2013 Graduation and Commencement- application deadline March 1, 2013.
- Summer 2013 Graduation - application deadline July 1, 2013 unless you plan to walk in spring commencement then deadline is March 1, 2013.
NOTE: If you intend to graduate in the summer but want to walk in spring commencement you must fill out a summer application before the spring application deadline of March 1, 2013.
If you apply after the deadline you will be charged a $50.00 late fee.

Undergraduate Students
Apply online through MyENMU:
1. Login to MyENMU www.enmu.edu/myenmu
2. Scroll down and click on Apply for Graduation link under Graduation.
3. Follow the instruction on the form to complete applying for graduation.
4. If you plan to march in commencement, contact the bookstore to purchase your regalia.
If you prefer to apply through paper follow these steps:
1. Complete the Student Satisfaction Survey.
2. Complete the Undergraduate Approval for Graduation.
3. Pay the graduation fee and any commencement fees to the cashier in the Administration Building.
4. Submit the Undergraduate Approval for Graduation to the Office of the Registrar in the Administration Building, Room 105, accompanied by your receipt from the cashier's office.
5. If you plan to march in commencement, contact the bookstore to purchase your regalia.
Graduate Students
1. Complete the Student Satisfaction Survey.
2. Complete the Graduate Application for Graduation form.
3. Pay the graduation fee to the cashier in the Administration Building.
4. Return your Graduate Application for Graduation form to your graduate coordinator.
5. If you plan to march in commencement, contact the bookstore to purchase your regalia.
