Transcripts

Eastern New Mexico University has no charge for students wishing to have transcripts sent. The Federal Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) requires a signed/dated request from the student before we can send a transcript. We cannot accept e-mail as transcript requests. The request must be sent through regular mail or faxed. You can download a copy of the Transcript Request Form. You will need Adobe Acrobat to open this form.
