Eligible applicants must meet the following requirements:
- meet the low-income criteria as set by the U.S. Department of Education or be potential first-generation college graduates and
- completed 8th grade but not 11th grade and
- attend one of the following schools: Clovis, Texico, Dora, Floyd, Elida, Melrose or Portales and
- demonstrate an academic or personal need.
