Summary: The ENMU Help Desk department is immediately seeking several individuals who can work between the hours of 7:30 - 5:30, M-F. During the summer and during holiday breaks, hours scheduled may be up to 39 hours each week.

Qualifications: Ability to write & speak proper English. Able to follow written & oral instructions. Enjoys working with computers and with faculty and staff. Familiar with MS Windows and MS Office software. Interested in troubleshooting various software problems. Must be self-motivated. Highly prefer students who are Computer Science majors or other technical majors.

Duties: Basic duties include, but are not limited to, answering telephones, analyzing computer problems, directing work to the proper people, working with faculty and staff on a wide range of software problems, and troubleshooting software and network problems. Other duties as assigned.
