ENMU is the only university in New Mexico that offers students a 4-year degree in culinary arts. The FS building contains classrooms and laboratories that students utilize to practice and study cooking techniques. In coordination with the education program, early childhood education majors have the opportunity to learn about nutrition necessities for early childhood development as well as prepare lunches for the on-campus Child Development Center.
