Thank you for your interest in the ENMU CDIS Program. Please remember that the ENMU CDIS Program is hybrid: ALL students are required to be on campus for their first 16 week fall or spring semester after admission at a minimum. There are no exception to this policy. We will not defer acceptance dates for any candidate.
When applying to the CDIS program, you must also apply to graduate school at www.enmu.edu/apply. You will be required to provide original transcripts and GRE score to the graduate school to be considered for acceptance. If items are not received by the graduate school before the CDIS application deadline, you will not be considered for the present application cycle.
Please be aware that this form must be completed in its entirety. Incomplete applications will NOT be reviewed. You will not be able to save your entries and return to this application to finish it... the application in its entirety must be completed in one sitting so be sure to have your attachments scanned, saved, and ready for upload before you begin.
If you are claiming credit for the following, this application requires attachments for:
- Observation hours
- Clock hour log totals for practicum hours
- Verification of research activities
There is a mandatory essay at the bottom of this application. The essay can be completed in a word document and then pasted into the application if you wish; however, this essay has a 4000 character limit (and spaces and punctuation do count as characters). Pasting a document larger than 4000 characters into the essay field will result in part of your essay being deleted. Incomplete essays will not be scored.
Please be advised that we take your essay responses very seriously – the essay portion of your application is heavily weighted. If you get a poor score or no score on your essay, it is extremely unlikely that you will be selected for admission. Be sure to be mindful of the 4000 character limit when writing your essay.
