campus union building

Considered the heart of student life on campus, the Campus Union (CUB) is a place where many student-centered events and activities take place throughout the year, beginning with Dawg Days new student orientation. Centrally located between the residence halls and academic buildings, it is a convenient location for student organizations to set up for fundraisers, for ASAB to give away freebies and for Dining Services to host midnight pancake breakfasts in the dining hall during finals week as students enjoy long study sessions to prepare for their exams. Absorb the CUB Lobby atmosphere while you enjoy food from WoW (World of Wings) Cafe American Grill & Wingery and Greyhound Cafe (good coffee and food like muffins and pastries, sandwiches and candy for your sweet tooth). It's not uncommon to find meetings going on during the day and evening hours in any one of the many meeting rooms available throughout the building. Over the years, the CUB basement was home to a bowling alley, an arcade/pool hall, and finally a coffee shop before it was renovated to hold the offices that reside there now. *whispers* There are rumors about secret tunnels between this building and other buildings on campus, but those rumors have yet to be proven.
