Cost should not be a barrier to high-quality education. We encourage all qualified students to apply to ENMU, regardless of their financial means. ENMU is committed to working with you to support your Greyhound's educational goals.

Tuition and Fees

Tuition is a charge that helps defray the costs of the education offered at ENMU. Student fees are added to the basic tuition rate to enable us to offer student-related services such as student health services, student government, Associated Student Activities Board and other student activities. These fees are mandatory. Tuition and fees are charged according to the number of credit hours your Greyhound is taking; auditors (those enrolled in a course for no credit) pay the same as they would if they were enrolled for credit.

Financial Aid

You might be surprised to find out how much financial aid your Greyhound can receive, regardless of your family's income level. You won't know what you're eligible for unless you apply! The application process begins Oct. 1 prior to the year your Greyhound plans to enroll; your Greyhound must apply early to receive first consideration for awards. The first step is completing the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA).

Scholarships

Scholarships are a type of financial aid, in the form of a grant (a sum of money or other aid) that does not have to be repaid, available to assist your Greyhound as they pursue their studies. ENMU offers a variety of scholarships to Greyhounds.

Student Employment

A wide range of campus employment opportunities is available for your Greyhound. Positions range from those subsidized through work-study to those open to all Greyhounds, regardless of work-study eligibility. Please keep in mind all Greyhounds who want to work on campus (work-study or student hire) also need to have a FAFSA on file prior to starting on-campus employment.

The initial disbursement of financial aid and scholarships will credit student accounts after the Drop/Add period ends.
