We recognize the need for all members of our campus community to have internet technology support and resources available. The Office of Information Technology Services (ITS) provides this support and resources to students, staff and faculty. ITS includes these areas:

Administrative Office

Our administrative office provides management and support for ITS, telecommunications, secretarial support, staff and procurement. This office is responsible for monitoring virus protection and computer system updates for campus and acts as the information center for the department. Using ENMU Computers or Technology Resources

All staff, faculty and students must adhere to the University Computer Use Policies and Procedures. Failure to abide by the guidelines in the policy shall subject any user of the University computer system to sanctions, which may result in denial of computer account privileges, and/or disciplinary action, which could lead to expulsion from the University, dismissal from a position or legal action.

ITS systems is responsible for creating the accounts necessary for students, faculty and staff to access the ENMU network and use lab computers.

Technical Trainer

The ITS technical trainer provides training ad resources for ENMU students, faculty and staff. Resources available include free training sessions, videos, tutorials and guides on technical topics like how to activate the free University Microsoft Office 365 software and how to connect an email to a mobile device.
