Led by President Dr. James Johnston, the Office of the President plays a dual role in helping to shape the overall vision for ENMU-Portales as president and the ENMU System as chancellor.

This office provides leadership and strategic direction and oversees academic and student services for Eastern New Mexico University's main campus in Portales, New Mexico.
