Scheduled Counseling
Ready to connect? Students can request services by completing the Connect with a Counselor form. Once submitted, a member of our team will contact you to discuss your needs and next steps. All counseling services are confidential, and our team is committed to providing a safe, supportive, and welcoming space for every student.

Walk-in Wellness
Need someone to talk to today? Walk-In Wellness offers currently enrolled ENMU students same-day support with a counselor or counseling intern without an appointment for stress, anxiety, relationship concerns, life changes, or any other mental health concern.

Support is just a click away. ENMU students have FREE access to TimelyCare, a virtual health and well-being platform available 24/7. TimelyCare offers on-demand mental health support, scheduled counseling, medical care, health coaching, student success coaching, and self-care tools, all designed to help you stay healthy, balanced, and successful throughout your college journey.

- Finch – A self-care and habit-building app that encourages goal setting, reflection, and healthy routines.
