ENMU's Summer Band Camp is an opportunity designed for high school band students that will be entering grades 9-12.
High school freshmen, sophomores, juniors, and seniors to come to campus to preview being a member of a college marching band for a day.
High school marching bands throughout the region come to ENMU on the first Tuesday of October to prepare for their major marching festivals.
An esteemed clinician visits campus and presents classroom and performance sessions for band directors from across the state and region.
ENMU's Choir Camp takes place every summer and is designed for high school choral singers (grades 9-12) and their directors.
Our annual Single Reed Celebration gives clarinet and saxophone musicians from the surrounding area an opportunity to perform in Buchanan Hall.
This festival is open to all men, grades 7-12 whose voices have changed. Each participant gets a performance folder, T-shirt and expert instruction.
Recognizes retired high school, middle school or elementary school band directors who have demonstrated excellence over a sustained period.

After you apply to ENMU, you should consider scheduling an audition. Instrumental, vocal and piano programs have different audition requirements.
Taking place on the Eastern campus, students will receive high-quality instruction in collegiate facilities from ENMU undergraduate students, with faculty supervision.
You can meet our faculty and students and attend performances, classes, and ensembles. You can even audition for the music program!
The Eastern New Mexico University Pops Concert is held every November in the Campus Union Ballroom.
