ENMU prohibits discrimination and harassment as outlined in our “Equal Opportunity and Anti-Harassment” Policy (ENMU AGP&P 40-4). Employees may contact the Affirmative Action Officer or the Office of Human Resources with reports of harassment or discrimination. The Affirmative Action Officer and/or The Office of Human Resources will advise employees on ENMU’s procedures for reporting concerns and violations as outlined in Policy 40-4(4). The employee will also be advised of the procedure for filing a complaint or grievance as outlined in the “Complaints and Grievances” Policy (ENMU AGP&P 40-12).
