ENMU does not discriminate on the basis of sex in its educational programs, activities, employment and admissions, and the University is prohibited by Title IX and 34 C.F.R. Part 106 from discriminating in such a manner.  

Employees may contact the Title IX Coordinator, the U.S. Department of Education Office of Civil Rights, the Affirmative Action Officer or the Office of Human Resources with reports of harassment or discrimination. Employee and faculty procedures for filing a complaint or grievance are outlined in the "Complaints and Grievances" Policy (ENMU AGP&P 40-12) and the "Unified Response to Dating Violence, Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault" Policy (ENMU AGP&P 80-12).
