Clery Act Reporting and Statistics

We are committed to providing a safe and secure learning and working environment for our students, faculty and staff. We are also committed to transparency, and our annual security and safety reports are one of the ways we demonstrate this openness.

Current Security and Fire Safety Report

In cooperation with other University offices such as Student Affairs, Housing and Residence Life, Risk Management and other Campus Security Authorities, the ENMU Department of Public Safety prepares this report annually to comply with the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security and Crime Statistics Act (Clery Act). Each of these offices provides crime data, updated policy information, educational efforts and information on crime prevention for this report.

Each year's report is a compilation of statistical data covering the previous three years concerning campus security, safety and fire, and information such as policies regarding sexual assault, alcohol, and drug use. This publication also serves as a reminder that no place in our world is completely free of crime or unsafe conditions. We should all be vigilant and aware of potential problems we may encounter.
