Learning Format For Pedagogy and Learning Graduate Degree Coursework
Our graduate degree in pedagogy and learning is designed to be completed 100% online. You'll complete readings, assignments and discussions on Canvas, individual projects and presentations, quizzes and tests throughout the semester. Recorded lectures via Mediasite will connect you with professors and other students on your own time. In all classes except BLED 578, your participation, using Canvas and other resources like YouTube and Collaborate, related to recorded lectures can be done at your convenience, rather than during a specific time. BLED 578 is a synchronous class and needs to be completed at the offered time. If this requirement is standing in the way of starting this program, please apply anyway and reach out to our department. We are happy to work with you if you have extenuating circumstances. This program requires passing comprehensive exams. Comprehensive exams are offered once during each fall and spring semester. If you are outside of Portales, contact our department for more information on taking your comprehensives exams from your location.
