Four Seasons management and staff:(Meredith Macfarlane, General Manager; Amanda Acosta, HR Director; Vanessa Ocampo, HR Generalist; Christhian Chirinos-Salgado, Accounts Payable; and Andrew Cooper, Chef) gave presentations on Four Seasons and gave us a tour of the resort located outside of Santa Fe near Tesuque.

Chef Andrew Cooper and his staff prepared a delicious lunch. Ms. Acosta and Ms. Ocampo gave a Skype presentation on March 23 in Becky Sharp as part of the COB Speaker Series. The purpose of the field trip was to culminate a newly developed relationship between ENMU and Four Seasons Santa Fe to fill their temporary summer positions and provide valuable work experience to our students through summer internships. Four Seasons Santa Fe human resources is now in the selection process with our students to fill those positions. We are looking forward to this becoming an annual event for ENMU and Four Seasons.
