PORTALES, NM – April 23, 2021 – Eastern New Mexico University is proud to announce New Mexico Lt. Gov. Howie Morales will be the keynote speaker at its spring 2021 Commencement, as the University celebrates graduating students for their perseverance in the midst of an unprecedented year.

The graduation ceremony is scheduled for 10 a.m. on May 15 and will be held outdoors at Greyhound Stadium. COVID-safe practices will be observed during the ceremony, and the event will be broadcast on KENW 3-3 and livestreamed at https://www.enmu.edu/VirtualGraduation.

"It's an honor for us, and a special recognition of our students," ENMU President and System Chancellor Patrice Caldwell said. "For Lt. Gov. Morales to come here acknowledges how hard our graduates have worked in what has been a tough year."
