Portales, NM – Nov. 2, 2021 – Eastern New Mexico University is hosting Open House Preview Day on Saturday, Nov. 6, 2021, at ENMU-Portales to provide admission and scholarship information to high school students of any grade level and their parents.
Participants also have the opportunity to visit current faculty about potential majors and get a student perspective during a specialized campus tour led by ENMU's President's Ambassadors. Visitors will be entered into a drawing to earn door prizes including an iPad, a $500 scholarship, and ENMU T-shirts and backpacks.
"ENMU's Open House is a great way to preview the Eastern Experience," ENMU President Patrice Caldwell said. "Our friendly staff, faculty and students can answer questions, provide financial and academic information, and help you feel at home on our campus."
Check-in starts at 8 a.m. in the Campus Union (CUB) lobby, with activities including free lunch at the Campus Crossroads Dining Hall and the closing session concluding at 2:30 p.m. Registration information is available on the ENMU website at https://www.enmu.edu/OpenHouse.
